1. Indian Market View (hereinafter referred to as “IMV”) is a SEBI registered research analyst providing weekly and intraday technical support and resistance levels of MCX commodities.

2. The MCX Commodities Yearly Levels Package includes the daily delivery of reports via WhatsApp to the subscriber.

3. The provided levels are intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. It is strongly recommended that subscribers consult their own financial consultant or advisor before making any trading decisions based on the provided levels.

4. The levels provided in the package are for personal use only and should not be distributed or shared with others. Redistribution, publication, or any form of reproduction of the levels without the prior written consent of IMV is strictly prohibited. In the event that IMV determines, at its sole discretion, that the levels have been redistributed or shared without authorization, IMV reserves the right to cancel the subscriber’s package at any time without any refund.

5. Payment for the MCX Commodities Yearly Levels Package is non-refundable. Once the payment is made, no refund requests will be entertained.

6. Subscribers should note that there are 52 weeks in a year. While IMV aims to provide approximately 47-48 yearly reports, there may be occasions (approximately 4 to 5 times) where weekly reports might not be published. This can be due to personal reasons, unforeseen circumstances such as bad health, travel commitments, or occasional confusion in the charts resulting from contract changes. In such cases, IMV will make reasonable efforts to inform subscribers in advance about the non-publication of the weekly report and any alternative arrangements, if applicable.

7. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this package shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad.

8. IMV reserves the right to modify or discontinue the MCX Commodities Yearly Levels Package, including its features, subscription fees, and delivery methods, at any time without prior notice.

9. IMV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the provided levels. The levels are based on technical analysis and historical data, but market conditions and trends can change rapidly, resulting in potential variations.

10. Subscribers acknowledge that trading in commodities involves a high level of risk and can result in significant financial losses. IMV shall not be held responsible or liable for any financial loss or damages incurred as a result of relying on the provided levels.

11. Subscribers agree to use the MCX Commodities Yearly Levels Package at their own discretion and risk. They shall be solely responsible for any trading decisions made based on the provided levels.
