Refund Policy – Indian Market View

At Indian Market View, we are committed to delivering high-quality research and advisory services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines, including SEBI norms.

1. No Refund for Commenced Services
   
   Once a subscribed service has commenced, it shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
   This is due to:

• Allocation of research resources
• Advisory effort and intellectual capital deployed
• Immediate access to actionable market insights

Clients are advised to carefully evaluate the service before subscribing.

2. Pro-Rata Refunds in Genuine Cases

In line with SEBI guidelines, pro-rata refunds may be considered only in genuine and exceptional cases, subject to internal review.

Refund eligibility may arise if:

                       a)  Service Deficiency:
                    The client demonstrates genuine dissatisfaction due to verifiable service lapses, such as:

• • Non-delivery of committed services
  • Significant delays or lack of communication
  • Deviation from stated service features
    
    b)  Merit-Based Evaluation:
    The case has clear merit under SEBI’s investor protection framework.

3. Review & Approval Process

• All refund requests will be reviewed by the Compliance Team and Principal Officer.
• The decision will be final and binding, based on:
  • Service usage history
  • Nature of complaint
  • Supporting evidence provided

4. Refund Calculation (If Approved)

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed on a pro-rata basis.
• The unused portion of the subscription period will be considered.
• Any applicable taxes, administrative, or processing charges may be deducted.

5. Non-Eligible Scenarios
   
   Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases:

• Change of mind after subscription
• Lack of trading profits or unfavourable market outcomes
• Misinterpretation or misuse of advisory calls
• Delay in acting on recommendations
• Technical issues not attributable to Indian Market View

6. Request Process
   
   To raise a refund request, clients must:

• Submit a written request via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of the issue occurrence
• Clearly mention:
  • Registered Name
  • Contact Details
  • Service Subscribed
  • Detailed reason with supporting proof

7. Processing Timeline

• Review Timeline: 5–7 working days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
